Leadership: A responsibility to engage Teams

I believe that all of us have a leadership appointment right now. One of the key responsibilities as a leader is to develop my team. A good team can lose. But a bad team can never win. When we invest time to build my team up, it helps us to build trust and makes it easier to work together. Especially when times get tough, strong teams stay together

This is an example of how I can engage cca members through social media. It is not the only way, but it is a very simple and straightforward method for you to adopt. If you have not used social media to reach your members yet, please consider doing so.
